Also included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had created development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling various areas of the property.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, such as designs for boat shelters.
